Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the practice of other persons licensed, certified, or registered under any other provision of law relating to the healing arts when such person is engaged in his or her authorized and licensed practice.

Notes

Exempts persons licensed, certified, or registered under other healing-arts laws from any construction of this chapter that would limit their authorized and licensed practice. The protection applies when those persons are engaged in the practice authorized and licensed under the other law, preserving that practice from limitation by this chapter.
