(a) Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of this article applicable to applications generally shall apply to all certificates issued.
(b) Every applicant for a physician’s and surgeon’s certificate shall comply with the requirements of this article unless other specific requirements of this chapter are applicable to a particular class of applicant.
Notes
Requires the general application provisions in this article to govern all certificates unless another rule provides otherwise, and requires every physician-and-surgeon certificate applicant to comply with those requirements unless the chapter imposes different specific requirements. The general provisions apply subject to any different requirements expressly provided by the chapter.
