In addition to the requirements of Section 164, a certificate issued under this article shall include in its description the basis upon which the certificate was issued.
Notes
Requires every certificate issued under the applicable article to state the basis on which it was issued, in addition to the information otherwise required for certificates. The issuing authority must include that basis on the certificate itself alongside the other certificate information required under the applicable rules.
