This chapter of the Business and Professions Code constitutes the chapter on vocational nursing and may be cited as the Vocational Nursing Practice Act.

Notes

Establishes the chapter as the vocational-nursing chapter of the Business and Professions Code and allows it to be cited as the “Vocational Nursing Practice Act.” The provision gives the chapter both its subject designation within the code and its authorized statutory short title for citation.
