Meetings may be held at any time and place by the written consent of all members of the board.
Notes
Allows board meetings to be held at any time and place when all board members give written consent. Establishes unanimous written consent of the members as the stated condition permitting a meeting outside any otherwise fixed meeting time or location under this provision.
