Vocational nursing services may be rendered by a student enrolled in an approved school of vocational nursing when these services are incidental to the student’s course of study.

Notes

Allows a student enrolled in an approved vocational-nursing school to render vocational-nursing services when those services are incidental to the student’s course of study. Limits the student authorization to services connected incidentally with the approved educational program rather than granting general vocational-nursing practice authority outside that course of study.
