An applicant for a license authorizing the practice of vocational nursing in this state under this chapter, upon the filing of an application for a vocational nurse license on a form prescribed by the board, shall pay the fee required by this chapter.

Requires an applicant seeking a license authorizing vocational-nursing practice in this state to file a vocational-nurse license application on the form prescribed by the board. Requires the applicant, upon filing that application, to pay the fee required by the chapter as part of the application process for the vocational-nursing license.
