Any applicant who fails to pass the first examination may take a second examination upon payment of the fee required by this chapter.

Allows an applicant who fails the first vocational-nursing examination to take a second examination after paying the fee required by the chapter. Establishes failure of the first examination as permitting another attempt, conditioned on payment of the prescribed fee before the applicant takes the second examination.
