A revoked license is subject to expiration as provided in this article, but it may not be renewed. If it is reinstated after its expiration, the licensee, as a condition precedent to its reinstatement, shall pay a reinstatement fee in an amount equal to the renewal fee in effect on the date the application for reinstatement is filed, plus the delinquency fee, if any, accrued at the time of its revocation.
Notes
Prohibits renewal of a revoked vocational-nursing license even though the license remains subject to ordinary expiration. Requires a licensee whose revoked license is reinstated after expiration to pay, before reinstatement, a reinstatement fee equal to the renewal fee in effect when the reinstatement application is filed plus any delinquency fee accrued when the license was revoked.
