Corporations shall have no professional rights, privileges, or powers, and shall not be permitted to practice psychology, nor shall the liability of any licensed psychologist be limited by a corporation.

Bars a corporation from limiting the liability of any licensed psychologist, preserving the psychologist’s liability despite corporate form while withholding professional psychology-practice authority from corporations under this provision.
