Each member of the board shall have all of the following qualifications:

(a) He or she shall be a resident of this state.

(b) Each member appointed, except the public members shall be a licensed psychologist.

The public members shall not be licentiates of the board or of any board under this division or of any board referred to in the Chiropractic Act or the Osteopathic Act.

Notes

Requires every board member to be a resident of this state. Requires each nonpublic member to be a licensed psychologist and prohibits public members from being licensees of the board, any board under the division, or the boards referenced in the Chiropractic Act or Osteopathic Act.
