The board shall from time to time adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate this chapter. In adopting rules and regulations the board shall comply with Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.

Notes

Requires the board to adopt rules and regulations from time to time as necessary to carry out the chapter. Requires the board, when adopting those rules and regulations, to comply with the referenced Government Code administrative rulemaking provisions, making that statutory process applicable to the board’s regulatory actions.
