Any person required to register as a sex offender pursuant to Section 290 of the Penal Code, is not eligible for a license or registration by the board.

Notes

Bars any person required to register as a sex offender under the referenced Penal Code provision from eligibility for a license or registration issued by the board. Establishes sex-offender registration under that provision as a categorical disqualification from receiving either type of board credential.
