Each member of a committee shall receive per diem and expenses as provided in Section 103.

Requires each member of a committee to receive the per diem and expenses provided under the referenced compensation provision. Committee members are therefore entitled to both the per diem and expense payments supplied by that referenced rule for their service on the committee.
