It is unlawful for a person to wilfully make any false representation or to impersonate any other person or permit or aid any person in any manner to impersonate him in connection with any examination or application for a license, or request to be examined or licensed.

Notes

Prohibits any person from willfully making a false representation, impersonating another person, permitting or aiding another person's impersonation, or requesting examination or licensure through such conduct in connection with a licensing examination or application. The prohibition covers both direct impersonation and assistance or permission enabling another person to impersonate someone in the examination or licensing process.
