Nothing in this article shall be construed as expanding the scope of practice of a registered nurse beyond that which is authorized under Section 2725.

Limits the article from being construed to expand the scope of practice of a registered nurse beyond the scope authorized by the referenced nursing-practice provision. The article therefore operates within the existing registered-nurse scope identified by that provision rather than adding practice authority beyond it.
