Providers of continuing education programs approved by the board pursuant to Section 2811.5 shall make available for board inspection records of continuing education courses given to registered nurses.

Notes

Requires continuing-education providers approved by the board to make records of the continuing-education courses they give to registered nurses available for board inspection. The record-access duty applies to providers operating under the board-approved continuing-education program and allows the board to inspect the course records maintained by those providers.
