The board shall elect from its membership a president, a vice president, and a secretary who shall hold office for one year or until the election and qualification of a successor.

Notes

Requires the board to elect a president, vice president, and secretary from among its own members. Each elected officer serves for one year or, if a successor has not yet been elected and qualified at that point, continues serving until the successor is elected and qualified.
