For the purposes of this chapter, the board shall accredit schools, colleges, and universities in or out of this state providing optometric education, that it finds giving a sufficient program of study for the preparation of optometrists.
Notes
Requires the board, for purposes of the chapter, to accredit schools, colleges, and universities located either inside or outside the state when they provide optometric education and the board finds that their program of study is sufficient to prepare optometrists. Accreditation depends on that board finding.
