The sending of a solicitor from house to house or the soliciting from house to house by the holder of an optometrist license constitutes a cause to revoke or suspend his or her license.

Notes

Establishes sending a solicitor from house to house, or personally soliciting from house to house, by an optometrist-license holder as grounds for revoking or suspending that license. The disciplinary consequence applies when the licensed optometrist uses either form of house-to-house solicitation described in the provision.
