It is unlawful to use or attempt to use any license or certificate issued by the board that has been purchased, fraudulently issued, counterfeited, or issued by mistake, as a valid license or certificate.

Prohibits using or attempting to use as valid any board-issued license or certificate that was purchased, fraudulently issued, counterfeited, or issued by mistake. The prohibition reaches both actual use and attempted use, and applies to each listed defect in the purported license or certificate regardless of whether the document originated from the board.
