It shall constitute unprofessional conduct for a naturopathic doctor to violate, attempt to violate, assist in the violation of, or conspire to violate, any provision or term of this chapter or any regulation adopted under it.

Notes

Defines as unprofessional conduct a naturopathic doctor’s violation, attempted violation, assistance in violating, or conspiracy to violate any provision or term of the chapter or any regulation adopted under it. Each of those forms of participation in a chapter or regulatory violation falls within the stated disciplinary classification.
