Except as provided in Section 13403 of the Corporations Code, each director, shareholder, and officer of a naturopathic corporation, except an assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer, shall be a licensed person as defined by Section 13401 of the Corporations Code.

Notes

Requires every director, shareholder, and officer of a naturopathic corporation to be a licensed person as defined by the Corporations Code, subject to the exception provided in that Code. An assistant secretary and an assistant treasurer are expressly exempt from this licensing requirement.
