(a) An administrative disciplinary decision imposing terms of probation may include, among other things, a requirement that the licensee-probationer pay the monetary costs associated with monitoring the probation.

(b) The board shall not renew or reinstate the license of any licensee who has failed to pay all of the costs ordered under this section once a licensee has served his or her term of probation.

Notes

Allows an administrative disciplinary decision placing a licensee on probation to require the licensee-probationer to pay monetary costs of probation monitoring. After the probation term has been served, the board may not renew or reinstate the license of a licensee who has not paid all costs ordered under this provision.
