Nothing in this article shall be construed as requiring the applicant or holder of a pharmacy permit pursuant to Section 4110 to be a pharmacy corporation.

Notes

Exempts an applicant for, or holder of, a pharmacy permit from any construction of the article that would require the applicant or permit holder to be a pharmacy corporation. The article therefore does not make pharmacy-corporation status a condition of applying for or holding the identified pharmacy permit.
