This chapter does not prevent the dispensing of drugs or devices by registered nurses functioning pursuant to Section 2725.1.

Notes

Allows registered nurses functioning under the referenced provision to dispense drugs or devices despite this chapter. The chapter does not prevent that dispensing activity by those registered nurses, preserving the authority stated for nurses who are functioning pursuant to the identified provision.
