California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 9 — Pharmacy, Article 19 — Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 4316.5
Notwithstanding any other law, the board may assess administrative fines and issue orders of abatement to any unlicensed entity who engages in any action that requires licensure under the jurisdiction of the board, not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each occurrence pursuant to a citation issued by the board.
Notes
Allows the board, notwithstanding other law, to issue a citation assessing administrative fines and ordering abatement against an unlicensed entity that performs an action requiring licensure under the board's jurisdiction. The administrative fine may not exceed $5,000 for each occurrence.
