Any nonpharmacist who takes charge of or acts as supervisor, manager, or pharmacist-in-charge of any pharmacy, or who compounds or dispenses a prescription or furnishes dangerous drugs except as otherwise provided in this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Prohibits a nonpharmacist from taking charge of, or acting as supervisor, manager, or pharmacist-in-charge of, a pharmacy, and from compounding or dispensing a prescription or furnishing dangerous drugs except as the chapter otherwise permits. A nonpharmacist who engages in any of those prohibited activities is guilty of a misdemeanor.
