The board shall contract with one or more qualified contractors to administer the pharmacists recovery program.

Requires the Board of Pharmacy to contract with one or more qualified contractors to administer the pharmacists recovery program. The board must use qualified outside contractors for program administration and may contract with a single qualified contractor or multiple qualified contractors under the authority stated in the provision.
