No member of the board shall be liable for any civil damages because of acts or omissions that may occur while acting in good faith pursuant to this article.

Notes

Exempts a board member from civil-damages liability for acts or omissions that occur while the member acts in good faith pursuant to the article. The civil immunity applies to both acts and omissions occurring while a board member is acting in good faith under the article.
