The board shall not reissue or renew any license without the payment of the fees required by this chapter and the payment of all fees that are delinquent at the time that the application is made.
Notes
Prohibits the Board of Pharmacy from reissuing or renewing a license unless the applicant pays both the fees required by the chapter and every fee that is delinquent when the application is made. Full payment of current and delinquent fees is therefore a condition of license reissuance or renewal.
