All fines recoverable under this chapter shall be paid by the magistrate receiving the same to the board, except where other provision is made in this chapter for the disposition thereof.
Notes
Requires all fines recoverable under the pharmacy chapter to be paid by the magistrate receiving them to the board, except when another provision of the chapter provides a different disposition. The payment direction applies to every recoverable chapter fine for which the chapter does not provide another disposition.
