An ADDS shall not be installed or operated in California unless it meets the requirements of this article.

Notes

Prohibits installation or operation of an automated drug delivery system in California unless the system satisfies the requirements of the governing article. Compliance with the article is therefore a prerequisite both to installing an ADDS and to operating one within the state.
