All stock of any dangerous drug or dangerous device or of shipments through a customs broker or carrier shall be, at all times during business hours, open to inspection by authorized officers of the law.

Notes

Requires all stock of dangerous drugs or dangerous devices, and shipments handled through a customs broker or carrier, to remain open to inspection by authorized law-enforcement officers at all times during business hours. The inspection duty applies throughout the business day.
