Any pharmacy that contracts to compound a drug for parenteral therapy, pursuant to a prescription, for delivery to another pharmacy shall report that contractual arrangement to the board. That information shall be reported by the pharmacy performing the compounding services within 30 days of commencing that compounding.

Notes

Requires a pharmacy that contracts to compound a parenteral-therapy drug under a prescription for delivery to another pharmacy to report the contractual arrangement to the board. The pharmacy performing the compounding services must make that report within 30 days after it begins the contracted compounding activity.
