If any provisions of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.

Notes

Limits the effect of any judicial invalidation of a provision of this chapter or its application to a person or circumstance. The remainder of the chapter, and the application of the invalidated provision to other persons or circumstances, remains unaffected by that invalidity.
