Any meeting of a mediator or arbitrator with any party or group or both parties or groups to the negotiations process and the mediation and arbitration processes set forth in Section 7470.14 is exempt from the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act (Article 9 (commencing with Section 11120) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code).
Notes
Exempts meetings of a mediator or arbitrator with either or both parties or groups participating in the specified TNC negotiation, mediation, and arbitration processes from the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. The exemption applies to those meetings conducted as part of the negotiation and dispute-resolution process established by the referenced provision.
