Every licensee of the board, except establishments shall, within 30 days after a change of address, notify the board of the new address, and, upon receipt of the notification, the board shall make the necessary changes in the register.

Requires every board licensee other than an establishment to notify the board of a new address within 30 days after an address change. After receiving the notice, the board must make the necessary changes in its register, while establishment licensees are expressly excluded from this notification requirement.
