This article shall be applicable only to those tanning facilities operated in conjunction with, or at the same location as, an establishment licensed under this chapter.
Notes
Limits the article to tanning facilities that operate in conjunction with an establishment licensed under the chapter or at the same location as such a licensed establishment. A tanning facility outside both stated relationships with a licensed establishment falls outside the article’s stated applicability.
