Students engaged in performing services on the public while enrolled in a school approved by the board shall not be required to be licensed under this chapter if they perform those services at the approved school in which they are enrolled.

Notes

Exempts students from chapter licensure while they perform services on the public if they are enrolled in a board-approved school and perform those services at that same approved school. The exemption depends on both current enrollment and the location of the public services and does not extend to services performed elsewhere.
