Persons who are not licensed to perform all of the practices of a cosmetologist may not represent themselves as a cosmetologist.

Notes

Prohibits a person who is not licensed to perform all practices of a cosmetologist from representing themselves as a cosmetologist. The restriction turns on full licensure for the complete cosmetology practice and bars use of the cosmetologist representation by persons licensed for only some practices or otherwise lacking that full authority.
