Any licensee who uses a laser in the treatment of any human being is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Prohibits any licensee from using a laser in the treatment of a human being and makes that conduct a misdemeanor. Applies the criminal consequence to laser use by any licensee when the laser is used to treat a person, making the prohibited treatment itself the misdemeanor offense.
