An apprentice may do any or all of the acts for which he or she is licensed only in the licensed establishment and under the supervision and employment of a licensee approved by the board.

Notes

Limits an apprentice to performing only acts covered by the apprentice’s license and only in a licensed establishment under the supervision and employment of a licensee approved by the board. Requires all three conditions—licensed activity, licensed location, and approved-licensee supervision and employment—for an apprentice to perform covered acts.
