An establishment shall at all times be in the charge of a person licensed pursuant to this chapter except an apprentice.

Notes

Requires every establishment to remain at all times under the charge of a person licensed under the chapter, and excludes apprentices from serving as that person. Establishes continuous licensed oversight as a condition of operation, so the person in charge must hold a chapter license and cannot qualify solely as an apprentice.
