California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 10 — Barbering and Cosmetology, Article 7 — Mobile Units, Section 7359
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to hire, employ, allow to be employed, or permit to work, in or about a mobile unit, any person who performs or practices any occupation regulated under this chapter who is not duly licensed by the board.
Any person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Prohibits any person, firm, or corporation from hiring, employing, allowing employment of, or permitting work in or about a mobile unit by a person who performs or practices an occupation regulated under the chapter without being duly licensed by the board. Makes violation of this prohibition a misdemeanor.
