For students who change from one program of instruction to another, the board shall grant credit for training obtained in one course that is identical to training required in another course.

Requires the board to grant a student credit when the student changes from one instructional program to another and training completed in one course is identical to training required in the other. The credit mandate applies specifically to identical training already obtained before the student’s program change.
