(a) The Private Investigator Disciplinary Review Committee shall be provided all evidence used by the bureau in reaching its decision prior to hearing an appeal.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2017.

Requires the bureau to provide the Private Investigator Disciplinary Review Committee all evidence the bureau used in reaching its decision before the committee hears an appeal. Sets July 1, 2017, as the date this evidence-disclosure requirement becomes operative for appeals heard by the committee.
