The chief shall issue a license, the form and content of which shall be determined by the chief in accordance with Section 164. In addition, the chief shall issue a “Certificate of Licensure” to any licensee, upon request and upon the payment of the fee prescribed in Section 7570.

Notes

Requires the chief to issue a license in the form and content determined under the cited provision and, upon a licensee’s request and payment of the prescribed fee, to issue a Certificate of Licensure. The certificate is therefore available only when both the request and required fee payment occur.
