A licensee shall at all times be legally responsible for the good conduct in the business of each of his or her employees or agents, including his or her qualified manager.

Requires a licensee to remain legally responsible at all times for the good conduct of every employee or agent in the business, including the qualified manager. The duty places responsibility on the licensee for how those persons conduct themselves while carrying out the licensed business.
