Every licensee and any person employed and compensated by a licensee who in the course of that employment or business carries tear gas or any other nonlethal chemical agent shall complete the required course pursuant to Section 22835 of the Penal Code.
Notes
Requires every licensee, and every compensated employee of a licensee, who carries tear gas or another nonlethal chemical agent in the course of employment or business to complete the course required by the referenced Penal Code provision. The training duty attaches specifically to carrying those chemical agents while performing covered work.
